Dawn Eastin is an Operations and Web Administrator at Calibrate Ventures. Dawn has experience in strategic planning, project management, and organizational leadership. She also has a strong track record of success in fiscal and budgetary management. Dawn supports general Calibrate operations with executive-level administrative support and office management, Salesforce database management, project management, as well as supporting awareness initiatives that include digital marketing campaigns and company events. Dawn has built and maintained relationships with public and elected officials, private companies, media, and community and nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining Calibrate Ventures in 2017, she served in operational and leadership roles for the L.A. Downtown News, an award-winning weekly newspaper serving downtown Los Angeles, where she moved complicated projects forward in a fast-paced deadline environment. Dawn holds a BS in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach.
