Nick Nolan helps lead Capital Formation and Corporate Development at Calibrate Ventures, bringing deep expertise in private and public markets, liquidity solutions, and relationship management across venture capital, private equity, institutional asset management, and family office ecosystems.

Before joining Calibrate in 2025, Nick spent 12 years at BTIG, LLC, where he was a Managing Director and Partner overseeing the Venture Capital, Private Equity, and Corporate coverage groups within Capital Markets. In this role, he advised general partners, limited partners, funds-of-funds, OCIOs, endowments, foundations, pensions, corporates, family offices, institutional asset managers, and ultra-high-net-worth advisors on all aspects of portfolio liquidity, including open-market transactions, restricted trades, block trades, capital markets transactions, and M&A advisory.

Nick previously held roles at Xpert Financial, Lehman Brothers, and Credit Suisse, where he focused on pre-IPO transactions and ultra-high-net-worth advisory.

He holds a B.A. in History from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), where he was a member of the Division I Men’s Water Polo team. Nick lives in Marin County with his wife, Jessica, a professional chef, entrepreneur, and former inspector for the Michelin Guide, along with their two young boys.
